29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Construction site, Potranco and Talley intersection. On or about November 05, 2019, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to fall hazards, while installing corrugated roof panels to a 2 story building without personal fall protection, the training to recognize the fall hazard, and how to minimize exposures to such hazards.

29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: Construction site, Potranco and Talley intersection. On or about November 05, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees installing corrugated roof on top of a 2 story building, were exposed to fall hazards without the use and implementation of a personal fall arrest system, safety net system, or other protective system in place.
