29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) Panera, LLC - An employee at the 1500 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania location sustained a fall which resulted in hospitalization on October 12, 2019 and the employer did not inform OSHA until 3:51 pm on October 24, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required.
