29 CFR 1910.1053(c): The employer did not ensure that no employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of respirable crystalline silica in excess of 50ug/m3, calculated as an 8-hour TWA:    a) On or about 12/20/019, jobsite located at 563 North Cleary Road, Suite#2, West Palm Beach, FL, in the fabrication shop, an employee fabricating granite countertops was exposed to a respirable crystalline silica level of 68.5 micrograms/cubic meter, which exceeds the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms/cubic meter. The sampling was performed for 434 minutes, and zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled.    b) On or about 12/20/019, jobsite located at 563 North Cleary Road, Suite#2, West Palm Beach, FL, in the fabrication shop, an employee fabricating quartz countertops was exposed to a respirable crystalline silica level of 230  micrograms/cubic meter, which exceeds the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms/cubic meter. The sampling was performed for 432 minutes, and zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled.
