29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about September 09, 2019, the employer failed to report within 24 hours a laceration injury that resulted in hospitalization. The injury occurred on the Titan Speeflo Power Twin 6900 XLT paint machine handgun when an employee's hand was cut when employee attempted to change the paint gun nozzle.
