Bramblett Grove Subdivision, 4310 Sunflower Circle, Lot #71, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were in the process of nailing down roof sheathing and other roofing materials, using a pneumatic air gun, without the use of any eye protection, on or about 11/14/19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: a. Bramblett Grove Subdivision, 4310 Sunflower Circle, Lot #71, Cumming, GA (Jobsite} - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 25 feet above ground level on the roof, Installing roof sheathing and other framing materials, along the upper level, on or about 11/14/19.
