29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about November 13, 2019, employees engaged in framing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection. Victor Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365131, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 313 VIN Etienne Dr., El Paso, TX 79912.
