29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 2200 Wesley Ave., Ocean City, NJ; On or about November 13, 2019, Higbee Builders LLC employees were installing cedar shingles on the roof of a large multi-story residential structure. Employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
