29 CFR 1910.159(c)(2): Maintenance. The employer did not properly maintain the automatic sprinkler system as installed. The employer did not ensure that a main drain flow test was performed on each system annually, as well as, ensure the inspector's test valve was opened at least every two years to ensure that the sprinkler system operated properly: (a) Paint Line, Primer Spray Booth; The employer did not perform the required inspection and testing, as indicated in this section, on the automatic sprinkler system to ensure it worked properly in areas where flammable paints were utilized. (b) Paint Line, Green Paint Spray Booth; The employer did not perform the required inspection and testing, as indicated in this section, on the automatic sprinkler system to ensure it worked properly in areas where flammable paints were utilized.
