29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment. (a) Maintenance Shop: On or about 10/31/19 and times prior, employees used a Hotsy pressure washer for cleaning of their boots. The employer had not provided sufficient training to employees on the limitations of personal protective equipment, such as work boots, in protecting against laceration hazards from a high pressure water spray.
