29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:      (a) Plastics Department machine #17 - On or about 10/25/19, the unused portion of a bandsaw blade was not guarded, exposing employees to amputation hazards.      (b) Plastics Department Hot knife #1655-2 - On or about 10/25/19, a rotating and reciprocating parts of a hot-knife machine were not guarded, exposing employees to amputation, caught-in, and struck-by hazards.      Eagle Manufacturing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026227, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2400 Charles St, Wellsburg, WV.
