29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) On or about 11-15-19 and times prior thereto, located at the DeCA Commissary Building # 1717 Deldonna St. Scotts Center Annex NNSY; Portsmouth, VA 23709, in the Warehouse: Employee(s) were exposed to fire hazards from a mounted portable fire extinguisher in the workroom storage area that was blocked and not readily accessible.  The area in front of the extinguisher was not maintained clear and free from hazards such as a large Clarke floor cleaning machine stored in front of the extinguisher.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
