A PVC piping system was installed to supply compressed air to equipment such as but not limited to the band saw and air wands for cleaning purposes.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about November 14, 2019, a. The employee operating the slasher saw has to walk through a surface cluttered with wood dust, large pieces of tree lumber, and other debris in order to access to the saw. This condition exposes employees to slip, trip and fall hazards. b. An over accumulation of wood dust and particles collected near the saws and on electrical boxes behind the slasher saw. This condition employees to possible fire, as well as, slip and fall hazards.
