OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to fall hazards and caught in hazards. a) On or about November 12, 2019, employees were not provided adequate training on how to maneuver rolling stock on and off of the new lift gate that was installed on the 7 and 11 ton tractor trailer.
