Tech Department - supervisor's work station had three (3) temporary power taps (TPT's) connected to each other (daisy chained) that energized equipment such as solder iron, air filter, computer, space heater and desk lamp. b. Customer Service Area - a double duplex receptacle, metal raceway and a square junction box that energized equipment such as telephones and computers were mounted and secured to the floor.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: Customer Service Area: The passageway from the Tech Department to the center of the Customer Service Department had a multiple wires such as communication wires and a metal raceway that energized office equipment running across the passageway creating tripping hazards.
