29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Whirlwind Storage, Huntington, WV: On November 19, 2019 and times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet while conducting concrete work on the third level of the storage facility. The employer has not provided employees with training on recognizing fall hazards and the procedures required to be protected from the fall hazard.
