29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Employees not protected by effective machine guarding: a. On or about November 13, 2019 an employee were exposed to point of operation and rotating parts when reaching into the extrusion line 1 corrugator. b. On or about September 24 ,25, and 26, 2019 Blow Mold employees were exposed to point of operation when operating an unguarded hole punch machine.
