McTish & Associates, dba McTish, Kunkel & Associates, 301 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Centre Hall, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered a broken right femur on November 1, 2019 as a result of a fall to the same level on a job site.  The injury required hospitalization, and the employer failed to report this work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours.  (The employer reported this in patient hospitalization to OSHA on November 6, 2019.)  Corrected during the inspection.
