29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) New construction located at 3754 Highway 34E Sharpsburg, GA. 30277, roof. On or about 11/14/2019, and at times prior, The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the lower level, inn that a fall protection system was not provided by the employer while employees were engaged in framing activities from an MEWP Aerial Lift, model A46JRT, Serial #A46JRT-04-191001170.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) New Construction located at 3754 Highway 34 E Sharpsburg, GA. Roof. On or about 11/14/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards from eave heights over 25 feet from the lower level on a 8:12 pitch roof conducting framing activities in that a fall protection system was not provided prior to the start of work.
