Newnan, GA. Roof: On or about 11/14/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed its employees to eye hazards, in that they; the workers were not wearing eye protection while using a Hitachi 1-1/8 inch framing nail gun at 110 PSI during framing activities.

Roof: On or about 11/14/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed its employees to lower level fall hazards of approximately 23 feet; in that; the employees were not using fall protection while engaged in framing activities from a 8/12 pitch roof.
