29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a) New residential construction located at Lot 95 Maple Leaf Rd. Newnan, GA. Roof: On or about 11/14/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed its employees to eye hazards, in that they; the workers were not wearing eye protection while using a Hitachi 1-1/8 inch framing nail gun at 110 PSI during framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 .  a) New residential construction located at Lot 95 Maple Leaf Rd. Newnan, GA. Roof: On or about 11/14/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed its employees to lower level fall hazards of approximately 23 feet; in that; the employees were not using fall protection while engaged in framing activities from a 8/12 pitch roof.
