29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about November 14th, 2019, employees were working without hardhats below a scaffolding that was 12 feet high while multiple other employees were working on the top level of the scaffolding, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by falling objects.
