29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): The employer did not assure that there were no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating:    (a)Park Avenue Thrift, Duluth, Ga - On or about November 19, 2019, in the warehouse area, employees were exposed to an electric shock hazard when a circuit breaker panel was damage and exposed internal live parts.     (b)Park Avenue Thrift, Duluth, Ga - On or about November 19, 2019, in the warehouse area, employees were exposed to an electric shock hazard when one outlet on a 4-plex wall mounted outlet was damaged.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
