29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and safety data sheets.  a) InTown Lessee Services, LLC DBA Uptown Suites located at 1825 W 120th Ave Westminster, CO 80204:  On and preceding 11/20/19, the employer did not provide information and training to employees in regards to safety data sheets. Employees use chemicals such as Zep Concentrated Glass Cleaner, floor cleaner, and soap to clean work surfaces and equipment.  This exposes employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):    (a) InTown Lessee Services, LLC. DBA UpTown Suites at 1825 W. 120th Ave Westminster, CO 80234:  On and before November 20, 2019, the employer did not ensure through written verification that a workplace personal protective equipment (PPE) hazard assessment had been performed.  Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
