Jobsite: 104 State Road Westport, MA Employees installing wooden trusses not properly braced were exposed to falls from height, struck-by and caught between hazards due to collapse.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15)(ii): 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15)(ii): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest systems were not designed, installed and used under the supervision of a qualified person: Jobsite: 104 State Road Westport, MA Employees were exposed to falls up to 16-feet in height installing wooden trusses onto a single-story wood framed building where inadequate anchorages were used. Employees either nailed land yards or looped lanyards around trusses improperly braced with 1X3 "strapping" grade lumber.
