(a) Facility- 722 Dulancey Drive, Portage, PA: On or about November 20, 2019, employees were exposed to ingoing nip points on the Harris Printing Press. An employee sustained crushing injuries to his hand while rewebbing the machine from the ingoing nip point of the rollers.     (b) Facility- 722 Dulancey Drive, Portage, PA: On or about November 20, 2019, employees were exposed to the point of operation on the folder of the printing press. An employee sustained injuries to his finger while clearing a jam in the folder area of the printing press.
