29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) On or about November 20, 2019, and times prior, the employer had not developed and/or implemented a written hazard communication program to address the hazardous chemicals used in the workplace and the hazards associated with those chemicals. A written hazard communication program shall include the following elements, as applicable: 1. An inventory of all hazardous chemicals used in the workplace; 2. Labeling; 3. Maintaining of Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals, ensuring accessibility for employees; 4. Training; 5. Periodic review to address changes in the workplace. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
