29 CFR 1910.146(c)(2): The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by the permit spaces: a) On or about 11/21/2019, at the glycol storage tank, the glycol tank was a permit required confined space, but its signage only stated that it was a "confined space". Signage did not state that it was "permit required". b) On or about 11/21/2019, in the syrup room, a syrup tank was a permit required confined space, but its signage only stated that it was a "confined space". Signage did not state that it was "permit required".
