29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a. On or about November 20, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about November 20, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty-five (25) feet and eleven (11) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
