29 CFR 1926.451(b)(4): Each end of a platform, not cleated or otherwise restrained by hooks or equivalent means, did not extend over the centerline of its support at least 6 inches (15 cm)   a) On or about November 21, 2019; roof area; the platform around the chimney was not properly secure exposing the employees to 35-foot fall if displaced.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
