On or about November 20, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty (20) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about November 20, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet nine (9) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
