On or about November 21, 2019, on the rooftop of building W-100, employees performing roofing work from a 2:12 roof pitch were not being protected from a 13 feet 6 inches fall hazards by a fall protection system.  b. On or about November 21, 2019, on the rooftop of building E-500, employees performing roofing work from a 2:12 pitch roof were not being protected from a 22 feet 10 inches fall hazards by a fall protection system.
