29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): Surfaces. The employer did not ensure that all surface were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a) Aviva Metals, Inc. located at 5311 W. River Rd. N. Lorain, Ohio. On or about November 22, 2019. The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Wipe samples taken from the cleanroom and lunchroom surfaces on 11-22-2019 shows lead contamination levels that range between 30.6 µg to 158.70 µg. Employees using the cleanroom and lunchbreak room were exposed to dermal exposure that could result in an ingestion hazard.
