29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer does not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area is provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less.  Stock Room, Back of Store, South Wall - On or about November 21, 2019, at least one entrance of sufficient area was not provided to give access to the working space about an electrical panel box (120v) and transformer box (120v).  Stacked boxes of merchandise were placed on the floor in front of the electrical equipment.  The condition prevented immediate access to the circuit breakers for the retail store and stock room, for servicing, maintenance and/or shutdown in an emergency.  Employees are exposed to burns and electrical hazards in the event of a fire.    There is no abatement documentation or certification required for this item.  The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1008888, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1428 West Gray, Houston, TX 77019.   The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967705, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on January 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8028 Denton Highway, Watauga, TX 76148.
