29 CFR 1910.178(n)(7)(iii): 1910.178(n)(7)(iii): On all grades the load and load engaging means were not tilted back if applicable, and was raised more than necessary to clear the road surface: On or about November 05, 2019 and at times prior, at 4740 NW 15th Avenue, 3D, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33309, the load and load engaging means of a Powered Industrial Truck/forklift were not tilted back, and was raised more than necessary to clear the road surface, which decreased load stability, and during which employees were standing/riding on the palletized load; therefore exposing the employees to falling and being crushed by the equipment and / or load. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
