29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: At the residential homes being constructed: On or about November 5, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees used garage entrance to go in and out of the residential area where there were scattered pieces of masonry rocks, broken plywood, plywood with nails facing upward, and left over trash debris exposing employees to slips, trips, and fall hazards.
