29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the construction site located at 200 N State Route 291 in Liberty, Missouri: Employees engaged in exterior light installation activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet from the edge of the level they were working on to the exterior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
