29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On 10/21/2019, employees of Todd Brenning were working from JLG aerial lifts at commercial building located at 4505 Woodson Road, Saint Louis, MO. The employees were working from an aerial lift, which had the boom in the elevated position approximately 15-20 feet above the ground. Employees were inside the aerial lift boom working without the use of body belts or body harnesses and lanyards not attached to the boom or basket of the aerial lift.
