29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: (a) D'Artagnan, Inc. - 600 Green Ln, Union, NJ 07083 1-Exit egress at the dry area was not free and unobstructed, with wooden pallets along the floor, exposing employees to tripping hazards in the event of an emergency. 2-Exit egress adjacent to bay door #11 was not free and unobstructed, with wooden pallets, cardboard boxes and plastic bins along the floor, exposing employees to tripping hazards in the event of an emergency. Condition noted on or about 11/21/19.
