29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: 7345 Manchester Road: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous condition where the employees are not required to use fall protection systems when they are exposed to fall hazards. On 11/19/2019 an employee was exposed to fall hazard where he leaned over the parapet to work on the façade of a building without using any fall protection systems. The employee was exposed to a fall distance of approximately 29 feet.
