29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: 91 Plainvale St., Indian Orchard, MA: On or about November 25, 2019 an employee unloaded a 32 foot box truck at the company's loading dock with a powered industrial truck and the box truck did not have a properly functioning parking/service brake and the wheels of the box truck were not chocked/blocked to prevent movement of the truck during unloading activities.
