29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Sam Jones Memorial UMC Youth House located at 100 W. Church Street, Cartersville, GA 30102, Roof: On or about 11/25/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of 10-feet, 9-inches and greater from the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided as employees were engaged in roofing activities.
