29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Goddard School, Stabler Corporate Center, 3790 West Drive, Center Valley, PA, Worksite - On or about November 26, 2019, employees are performing frame carpentry work, approximately ten feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection. MGJ Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1265469, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 1, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Bayberry Ave., Whitehall, PA.
