29 CFR 1926.503(c): When the employer had reason to believe that any affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer did not retrain each such employee: a) Job site, 936-938 Kirkbride Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about November 25, 2019, during siding activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were retrained when using waist belt type fall restraint systems in a manner that could allow them to fall more than 6 feet and swing or when unhooking from fall protection altogether at times.
