29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about November 25, 2019, where employees were performing masonry work using a supported scaffold on a residential home located near 6851 Linden Lane, Independence, OH 44131, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling a height of approximately 11.5 feet to the ground below. RB Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1411239, citation number 1, item number 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on September 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at SL 39 Darlene Ct, Twinsburg, OH, 44087.

The employees were working from a supported scaffold and the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling.
