29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       1586 Fairmount Avenue, St. Louis: Employer is exposing employees to fall hazards.  The employees are permitted to work on a residential roof greater than 6 feet above ground level without using any forms of fall protection systems.      On 11/20/2019 employees worked on a residential roof without using any fall protection systems exposing the employees to a fall distance of approximately 20 feet to ground level.
