29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location - kitchen On or about November 20, 2019, employees were exposed to a corrosive chemical product, such as UPTRA SAN (contains sodium hypochlorite), which was used for the dishwashing process. The employer did not provide an eyewash station.
