29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).Note: Specify distances as indicated in table in paragraph (f)(6) of this section. Location: 101 Townsend St. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while repairing a masonry wall on a metal frame scaffold system where the metal frames of the scaffold system were approximately one foot from unguarded, active power transmission lines.
