The height of the roof was 8.8 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below on the east side of the structure. This hazard was observed on November 25, 2019, and November 27, 2019. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1327256, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/20/19, with respect to a workplace located at 617 South 2nd Street, Odessa, Missouri.
