29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a residential work site located at 407 SE Franklin Ct, Blue Springs MO -- employees working below others that were engaged in roofing duties were not wearing head protection. This exposed the employees to head injuries in that material, tools, and/or debris could fall and hit them on their head. This was documented on or about 9/10/2024.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a residential worksite located at 407 SE Franklin Ct, Blue Springs MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties using pneumatic nail guns and other various small hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to shrapnel and/or debris to get in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 9/10/2024.
