OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potentially permanent disabling injuries that could result from the employer not notifying emergency medical services following injuries sustained at the workplace: Bottom of B-Lift: On or about November 21, 2019, an employee was exposed to hazards resulting from not summoning professional health care services following being stuck by a chair lift, subsequently falling approximately 30 inches to the ground below, resulting in head and body injuries which were not evaluated in a timely fashion.
