OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.    (a) Facility, 400 Steel Street, Aliquippa, PA:  On or about November 27, 2019 special hand tools were not provided to employees who place sections of trim on the miter saw.  Employees hold the trim in place with left hand and operate the saw with the right.  Holding the piece during the cutting process places the employee's hand within 1 to 2 inches of the danger zone (rotating blade).  An employee sustained an amputation to the left index finger to the 2nd knuckle and to the 1st knuckle on the left middle and ring fingers when their hand was pulled towards the blade when holding a piece of trim in place.
